Enriched Beginnings Learning Center on 57th is Hiring a Child Care Director Near Spokane, WA
Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the child care center, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to address any concerns or issues related to their child's care.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements and regulations.
- Classroom modeling and Coaching
- Conducting enrollment tours
- Assist with maintaining center enrollment
- Assist with enrollment meetings and tours
Experience:
- Experience working with children in an educational or child care setting.
- Previous experience in education administration or higher education teaching is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Familiarity with state licensing requirements for child care centers.
Qualifications:
- ECE State Certificate or Equivalent - Must have 47 ECE credits to meet state requirement
- 30 STARS Basic Course
- CPR/First Aid
- Bloodborne Pathogens
- Safe Sleep
- Negative TB Test
- 2 years experience in childcare management
- Continued Education up to date
- Current Food Handlers Card
- Proof of MMR
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
